SECTION 1 – GENERAL TERMS

SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS
We sell genuine software licenses (Microsoft, Adobe, Autodesk, antivirus). Some are used, discontinued retail licenses per EC ruling C-128/2011, enabling lower prices. All are digital, delivered via email.
SECTION 3 – PAYMENT AND SHIPPING
Payment: We accept Stripe (credit/debit cards), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payments are processed instantly in EUR, including taxes unless noted. See Stripe’s terms at stripe.com, Apple Pay at apple.com, and Google Pay at pay.google.com.
Shipping: Orders are delivered automatically via email instantly after purchase, though delays up to 8 hours may occur. No shipping fees apply. If you don’t receive your key:
- Check spam/junk folders.
- Confirm payment success.
- Ensure your email is correct and contact support@keyzland.com if needed.
We may email you if more info is required.
SECTION 4 – REFUNDS
Refunds are available within 14 days if the key is unused. Email support@keyzland.com; refunds process via the original payment method (Stripe, Apple Pay, or Google Pay) in 5-7 days in EUR. Used keys are non-refundable. See Refund Policy.
SECTION 5 – SERVICE CONDITIONS
We may refuse service, modify, or discontinue it anytime without liability. Your content (excluding payment data) may transfer unencrypted; payment info is encrypted by Stripe, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
SECTION 6 – ACCURATE INFO
We’re not liable for inaccurate site info. You rely on it at your risk. We may update content without notice.
SECTION 7 – THIRD PARTIES
Links (e.g., Stripe, Apple, Google) aren’t our responsibility. Review their terms.
SECTION 8 – FEEDBACK
Feedback you submit may be used freely by us.
SECTION 9 – DATA

SECTION 10 – ERRORS
We may correct errors or cancel orders if inaccurate, even post-submission.

The Service is “as is.” KEYZLAND LLC isn’t liable for indirect damages, per Wyoming and EU law limits.
SECTION 13 – INDEMNITY
You indemnify us from claims due to your breach of these Terms.
SECTION 14 – SEVERABILITY
Unenforceable provisions are severed; others remain valid.
SECTION 15 – TERMINATION
We may terminate for non-compliance. Prior obligations survive.
SECTION 16 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and policies are the full agreement.
SECTION 17 – GOVERNING LAW
Wyoming, USA law applies; disputes go to Sheridan courts, except where EU consumer law mandates otherwise.

SECTION 20 – SOFTWARE RESALE
Per EC ruling C-128/2011, you may resell legally acquired licenses if originally bought for a one-time fee and unused by you post-transfer.
