KEYZLAND LLC ensures your satisfaction:
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
- Eligibility: EU consumers (non-business users) may withdraw within 14 days without reason if the key is not used by the customer, per EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
- Period: 14 days from purchase.
- How: Notify us at support@keyzland.com or KEYZLAND LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, with a clear statement. Use the form below (optional). Send before the deadline.
2. Withdrawal Effects
- Refunds: We’ll refund all payments within 14 days of notice, via Stripe, Apple Pay, or Google Pay in EUR, unless agreed otherwise. No fees apply. Used keys are non-refundable.
3. Non-Delivery
- Check spam/junk. Confirm payment and email accuracy. Contact support@keyzland.com within 7 days, or delivery is assumed successful.
4. Defects
- Report within 48 hours. If unresolved, choose a refund or replacement of equal value in EUR.
5. Not as Described
- Report within 30 days with proof. False expectations don’t qualify.
6. General Info
- Full refunds within 30 days of purchase. Refunds may take up to 20 days to appear (see Stripe.com, apple.com, pay.google.com). Include feedback with requests.
